Honorbound Motorcycle Ministry!

Tomorrow morning around 7 AM Pacific time, 1,200 riders will be leaving Ontario, Ca on the first leg of The Run For The Wall. The 10-day, 2,600-mile ride aims to promote healing among veterans and their families and friends, to call for an accounting of all prisoners of war and those missing in action, to honor the memory of those killed in action in all wars and to support military personnel all over the world. The route includes stops at VA medical centers, veterans’ memorials, Veterans of Foreign Wars’ posts, community centers and schools.

The ride is open to everyone and many of the participants are active or retired military.

Finally, about 2,500 riders will arrive in DC before Memorial Day and convene at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial to lay a wreathe.

Chaplain Keith Turcotte, Chaplain R. Duane Gryder and Head Chaplain Curtis Hubbell, along with several other Chaplains will be the Chaplain Corps for The Run For The Wall. They are there to offer Spiritual support and help assist those who break down or have accidents along the way. Sometimes they are needed to be available to just be a listing ear to those that are hurting and seeking healing.

Please remember to keep the Chaplains and everyone that is making the ride across country in your prayers! Pray for safety, and healing for each rider on the run.
