Biker Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark

// September 20th, 2015 // No Comments » // Events, News

IMG_0002Keith was blessed to be able to travel to Copenhagen, Denmark last week. He met up with Terry Rayburn, our Pen. Florida District Superintendent to attend The Biker Conference hosted by Exodus Bike Club.
He spoke several times at the conference, sharing a powerful Word. He was able to go on a ride with the bikers that attended the event. It was an amazing time of fellowship, ministry and meeting many new people, along with several Biker Clubs. This was a life changing experience! Thank you to everyone who prayed for and helped financially. Without each of you, we could not go into this lost culture of people!

Honorbound Motorcycle Ministry!

Honorbound Motorcycle Ministry!

Tomorrow morning around 7 AM Pacific time, 1,200 riders will be leaving Ontario, Ca on the first leg of The Run For The Wall. The 10-day, 2,600-mile ride aims to promote healing among veterans and their families and friends, to call for an accounting of all prisoners of war and those missing in action, to honor the memory of those killed in action in all wars and to support military personnel all over the world.The route includes stops at VA medical centers, veterans’ memorials, Veterans of Foreign Wars’ posts, community centers and schools.

The ride is open to everyone and many of the participants are active or retired military.

Finally, about 2,500 riders will arrive in DC before Memorial Day and convene at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial to lay a wreathe.

Chaplain Keith Turcotte, Chaplain R. Duane Gryder and Head Chaplain Curtis Hubbell, along with several other Chaplains will be the Chaplain Corps for The Run For The Wall. They are there to offer Spiritual support and help assist those who break down or have accidents along the way. Sometimes they are needed to be available to just be a listing ear to those that are hurting and seeking healing.

Please remember to keep the Chaplains and everyone that is making the ride across country in your prayers! Pray for safety, and healing for each rider on the run.

This has been a really busy year for us! After the Bike Blessing and Rally in February, we were in Daytona Beach for Bike Week. While there we sat up a rest stop at bicentennial park in Ormond Breach. We gave free water, Bibles, Road Edition Book of Hope, snacks, and a lot more. We did several bike blessings and prayed with everyone we could. HBMM was able to minister at the hospital to several that had been injured in motorcycle accidents in the area.
As soon as the rally was over, Keith and I headed to Jacksonville to board a plane to Woodbridge, Va. We were invited to be a part of Chapel Springs Assembly of God’s Missions Week. We were able to share with many home groups, Sunday School Classes, Kids Church, Chapel Service, Royal Rangers and have meetings with the staff and several Pastors in the area.
After arriving home, on Saturday Keith was able to conduct a Memorial Service for our friend Cindy Lewis. She had not know the Lord long, but through the outreach at Roscoes Chili Challenge, Cindy, her husband and several of her children and Grandchildren were saved.
Now we are preparing for a trip to The Outer Banks of North Carolina for Day of Blues in Kill Devil Hills. Thank you for your continued prayer and financial support.

Our Anniversary ! 34 Years!

// April 18th, 2014 // No Comments » // Events, News

34 years ago, I married the man that God created for me! As a young girl, God placed on my heart to pray for the person that I would one day marry. Not just bless him Lord, but keep him, preserve him, protect him from people that want to use him, guide his foot steps, send the right people into his life that would love him and help him. And God Did! I am a BLESSED women, what a ride our life has been! Who Knew I’d be riding Harley’s all of the country, telling bikers that Jesus is the answer they’re looking for! I Can’t wait to see what the future holds! I love you so much!

I have to express thankfulness for my wife, of 34 yrs. today. She lived in the same house her whole life, until she married me. She went with me to serve in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, N.C. She has helped me do Childrens ministry, youth ministry, pastoral ministry, motorcycle ministry, etc….. She ran a Day Care and preschool for about 15 yrs. She can do almost anything, including be the best wife, mother and grandmother you can imagine. Had she known what she was getting into when she married me, she may have run the other way. I thank God and Lynn’s parents for preparing a life partner that would walk with me through every high and low place that this life has brought us to and through. I love you honey, and look forward to the next season of life together.
